Some of this work resulted in three U.S. patents and related foreign patents.
Saved $127,000 per year in QC costs by using Analytics and Experimental Design to replace several proprietary QC tests with a single reactivity test.
After two other groups had failed, used Statistical Experiment Designs to developed a commercial product from waste residues, saving $750,000 in incineration costs alone.
Entered a new market with a mature product line and grew sales to $1,000,000 annually.
